INDUSTRY DEMONSTRATIONS
PRESENTER GUIDELINES

The industry demonstrations program is available here. Demos will be held beside the Tech Theater at the Exhibit Hall (6th Floor) in Hilton Austin.

Please find your assigned date of demo in the program. All demos for the day need to be setup between 8am- 10am each morning.  Please staff your demo and have it running the whole day, esp. during the coffee breaks.   Note that demo presenters will also have 20 minutes to present the demo at the Tech Theater. The assigned time slot can be found in the program. It would be a great opportunity to share your project and attract more audience to your demo table. Please bring your laptop and refer to author guidelines for some suggestions for a good interactive presentation.

To ship the equipment and store them prior to the conference, here are the information about storage from the Hilton Austin hotel:
- Hotel reservation is not required
- $20 per package under 100 pound; $50 per package above 100 pound
- Please contact the Hilton Austin directly and ask for transfer to Business Center for storage reservations. The price and their policy might change.

Note that each demo will be assigned: one (1) table (2 m x 1,20 m), two (2) chairs, two(2) power plug-ins 110V, and one (1) 42” screen (HDMI).  Only WiFi connections are available.
